Pictures attached.. how do I get inside these for cartographer?

I'm probably missing some obvious path...

First one is Vizunah Square, Local Quarter.

Your other picture appears to be the Vizunah Square Local Quarter mission outpost. You need to partner with a Canthan made character doing Mayham in the Market to enter.

It's all there, so people can look these info up.

Whenever you have a problem with something just /wiki your problem and you'll find the answer in 95% of cases.

Cartographer Guides For Tyria, Cantha, Elona and GW:EN

The threads linked to in that anchor post are full of helpful tips on how to clear out tough areas.
